Denis with over 20 years of Australian and international experience in managing infrastructure and development projects within the built environment, government and infrastructure sectors resulted in the delivery of projects totalling $2 billion.

Denis as National President of the Australia Timor-Leste Business Council, jointly organised and hosted the reception of Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao in Sydney, Australia to promote an awareness of Timor-Leste's Strategic Development Plan 2011-2030 and the infrastructure opportunities for the private sector.

Educated in Town Planning, Surveying, Civil Engineering and Project Management, Denis has unique expertise across diverse disciplines to contribute to the board management of HGPS. Specialising in project development and implementation, Denis has assisted a variety of organisations in the senior living sector, Martifer Renewables and Macquarie Capital in renewable energy and infrastructure developments. 

Denis is an elected Councillor of the City of Willoughby, a Non-Executive Director to Climate Change Equity and Liveable Australia.


J.P. Harrington - Director 

Jason has over 30 years’ experience in the design, fabrication, project management and site installation of a range of materials handling plants. With a background in specialist projects located in Australia, Vietnam, Colombia, New Zealand, South Africa and China, Jason has been exposed to the unique requirements of each client and country, and successfully completed these both client-side and as part of the HGPS world.


Jason has a background in mechanical engineering and in project management, and his body of work also includes infrastructure, utilities, pre-cast and tilt-up concrete panel design and installation, steelwork fabrication, minerals processing machinery, structural steel design and installation, renewable energy installations, and built environment.


Jason is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, and his practical approach to finding “the elegant solution” to both design and project management problems makes his expertise as an HGPS board member respected.


Make it happen, Jason delivers for clients across the globe. No matter the challenge or pressure, Jason finds the humour and good will to motivate the project group across time zones, cultures and remote locations.
